Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Terms of Use shall be assessed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For any proceedings arising therein the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision as stated above is held illegal or unenforceable by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions of this document and shall not affect or impair the validity or enforceability of the remaining provision of this agreement.
