1. What is my Order Status?

You can check the status of your orders by accessing 'My Account' and click 'Orders'.

2. How can I track my order?  

Hang tight! Your order has been packed and has left Beauty Bumble’s warehouse! At this stage, you'll receive an email update from us that will contain a Tracking Link and Number for your parcel. Please give about 24 hours for your tracking link to be live.

3. What should I do if there's a delay in my delivery?

We're sorry your parcel has been delayed! While there may be a delay in the delivery, no action is needed on your end. You may continue tracking your parcel from the orders section. 

4. Did not receive your Order Confirmation?

An order confirmation number is only generated for online orders - once you've successfully placed your order online, you will receive an email containing the details of your order.  

5. Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we're not able to make any further changes like shipping method upgrades or change in quantities for your beauty haul. As Beauty Bumble is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out!

6. I want to return the product received?

No returns or refunds are applicable on any product/items. Please refer to our Returns and Cancellations policy.


7. I am having issues using the coupon/voucher code

Please check the terms and conditions of your voucher regarding redemption eligibility including but not limited to:
  1. Voucher Expiration Date
  2. coupon/voucher Status
  3. Applicability of voucher to items in the cart
  4. Other exclusions such as not using the voucher with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards redemption.

8. Can I purchase items in bulk?

We know you love our products - we do too! Unfortunately, we do not allow bulk purchases and typically limit selected products to 2-10 pieces per item/variant/shade per customer. Products and samples are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.In the event of a bulk purchase, Beauty Bumble reserves the right to:
  1. Conduct transaction verification processes relating to an order,
  2. Decline or cancel your order,
  3. Reduce the quantity of your order, and/or
  4. Terminate your account without prior notice.

9. I was not/ am not available to receive my parcel upon delivery.

In such cases where there is no one at the delivery address to receive the parcel, the packaged will be returned to our warehouse and will be rescheduled for shipping after the customer’s confirmation. Shipping charges will be applicable in order to re-ship the product.


10. Do you process orders during Public Holidays?

While we'd love for you to get your order as soon as possible, our warehouse and our courier partner are closed on Public Holidays. We seek your understanding in having your orders processed, or parcels shipped, on the next working day.


11. Does Beauty Bumble ship to my location?

Beauty Bumble ships throughout India. Also, to check the availability of shipping at your location you check here by your pin code.


12. What is the minimum and maximum time of delivery?

We usually dispatch all the orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
